Prelude

In the Q2 2020 upgrade there has been a change in work queue notes. Users who assign patient work queue contact (Assign to Self or Assign to User) will no longer create an automatic note. Previously, a note was generated for every contact assignment. Yes, would appear in the Notes column, indicating a note was placed.

Previously – Before Upgrade

After December 6, 2020, notes will only appear when users place a note. Automatic notes due to assignment will no longer occur. Select New Note to create a note on the account.
