Additional updates for Upgrade Q2_2020:

Through the MyChart Administration activity a new window will appear from which you can choose to search patient records (for proxies who also have patient records in your system) or MyChart accounts (for proxies who are not patients at your organization) to locate the person with whom they want to establish a proxy relationship.
