Activate Non-Patient Proxies for MyChart

Additional updates for Upgrade Q2_2020:

Through the MyChart Administration activity after you click Give Proxy Access under the People Who Can Access <Patient> section, a new window appears that allows you to choose whether to send an activation email or text message to the non-patient proxy so they can complete MyChart activation on their own. Alternatively, users can choose to launch MyChart signup from this window so the non-patient proxy can finish their activation while in the clinic.
