Explore New System Features

Note: A menu will display at the beginning of the course for users that have been assigned a Clinical User (nurse) or Provider (physician) CBL. Once you select your role, the updates that pertain to you will be displayed.

Storyboard Updates

A redesigned workspace will provide you with key details and a tool to access common actions without switching workspaces on a patient’s chart.

Appointment Requests

The Orders tab in the Scheduler Workqueues will be changed to Appt Requests tab. In addition, the Orders tab of the Appointment Desk will become obsolete.

View in the Active Requests and Finalized Requests tabs:

  • Instead of schedule orders workqueues, look for appointment request workqueues.
  • Instead of the Orders tab of the Appointment Desk, look at the Active Requests and Finalized Requests tabs.
