Users will find everything they need in the bottom section of the Follow-up Workqueue rather than clicking on the Assistant tab that will become obsolete. The new features in the workqueue allow users to streamline the workflow by providing pertinent information needed to fix issues without toggling through account tabs.
With the new framework in the Follow-up Activities, you will be able to view the main workspace meanwhile working on the follow-up activity, which will be a sidebar instead of a separate window. You will be able to favorite follow-up activities and select recent activities that were previously performed. In addition, every activity will have multiple actions (including adding a note in each) that make one workflow.
You will be able to access the most common activities in adjustment review. The Hospital Account Maintenance, Liability Buckets and Guarantor Summary will be moved to the Adjustment/Refund Workqueue activity toolbar. In addition, the bottom portion of theworkqueue will have several visual enhancements and provide pertinent information regarding refunds on an account, including who requested the refund, coverage details, and workqueue history.
The Acct Activities in a Hospital Account will no longer be a separate window and will automatically appears as a sidebar on the right side of the screen. This will allow users to continue working in an account by toggling between account tabs while keeping the account activities available. With the new Account Activities, you will also be able to favorite activities and select from the recent activities performed.
Once the upgrade is complete, assistance will be available 24/7 from Sunday, June 28 through Thursday, July 2 by calling 2+EPIC or emailing UChartHD@med.miami.edu.
