How do I complete the Online Access Request Form (OARF)?
The Online Access Request Form (OARF) site is used for administrative staff to submit requests for UChart access and for trainers to update the request form upon completion of training. When a request form is completed an automatic email notification is sent to UChart Security to grant access within 48-72 business hours.

How do I register for UChart classes?
